Acer UK Ltd. Acer House, Heathrow Boulevard III, 282 Bath Road, West Drayton Middlesex, UB7 0DQ, (hereinafter referred to as "Acer") carries out a bonus campaign.



1.1 This bonus promotion is only valid for employees of registered Synergy Partners approved separately by Acer in the United Kingdom. Registered participants are valid only. Their families, representatives or third parties are excluded. Acer UK reserves the right to check the eligibility requirements of the participants and/or to exclude the participants for any reason at any time at its own discretion. Participants are not allowed to claim bonus claims on behalf of their customers or employees.

1.2 Acer is not responsible for any tax or any other claims made on any of the Participants in respect of any of the taxable benefits awarded under an Incentive. Any tax liability arising in respect of a reward by Acer under an Incentive will be the responsibility of the individual Participant.



2.1 This bonus offer is only valid for registered Synergy Partners approved separately by Acer in the United Kingdom after receiving the notification.

2.2 In order to apply for the Acer Essentials Rewards, the Partner must submit an application via this website: uk-essentials-rewards.acer.com

2.3 The promotional period is from July 7th 2020 until December 31st 2021. The registration must be made until January 31st 2022 at the latest but sales only until the end of the promotional period (December 31st 2021) would be considered. Registrations after January 31st 2022 can no longer be considered.

2.4 The Acer Essentials Rewards bonus can only be requested by filling out the online form on this website: uk-essentials-rewards.acer.com

2.5 To request the bonus, the participant must fill in all fields marked with an asterisk on the online form. First name, surname and account details must be filled in to initiate the transfer and to be able to verify the identity of the participant. The e-mail address is used to inform the participant about the status of the bonus request and to contact if data is missing or incorrect. The claim code is important for the assignment and validation and is provided.

2.6 After completing the form, the participant will receive an automatic email notification that the application has been received and will now be checked.

2.7 Participants must register their Claim at uk-essentials-rewards.acer.com and provide the information set out at Condition 2.5 within 30 days from the invoice date (Claim Window). The invoice date counts as day one. If Claims are submitted before or after the Claim Window they will be deemed invalid. 

2.8 The transaction can take up to 28 days.

2.9 This bonus campaign only applies to registered Synergy Partners approved separately by Acer in the United Kingdom.

    1. Acer reserves the right to disqualify any claim, including but not limited to, incomplete, altered or illegible Claims. No responsibility will be accepted for submissions which have been lost, or are late, damaged, misdirected, delayed in the post or insufficiently pre-stamped. Proof of posting will not be accepted as proof of delivery.
    3.2. Acer is not responsible or liable for any technical, hardware, software, server, website, or other failures or damage of any kind to the extent that this prevents the participant from or otherwise obstructs him/her participating in the promotion. Proof of posting will not be accepted as proof of receipt.
    3.3. Acer reserves the right to audit all requests to ensure that the Terms and Conditions of the Promotions have been met and to request additional information regarding any and all Claims and supporting documents.
    3.4. Submission of false, incorrect, misleading or fraudulent Documentation may result in disqualification from this promotion and future Acer promotions and may result in the submitter being subject to prosecution.
    3.5. The decisions of Acer in respect of any and all aspects of the Promotions will be final and binding.
    3.6. Acer reserves the right to amend or cancel the Terms and Conditions of the Promotions without notice with future effect.
    3.7. Participants providing an incomplete claim form will be notified via email and offered the opportunity to provide the required items within seven days. If the Participant still fails to comply with the Terms and Conditions, the Claim will be refused.

3.8 A Maximum of 75 (seventy-five) units per order on any qualifying products are allowed during the promotional period. 

3.9. Promotion excludes all public sector sales

3.10 Only sales to registered companies, listed on Companies House are eligible for Acer Essentials Rewards


4.1 When registering to participate in the Acer Essentials Rewards, the participants agree to provide their personal data to Acer and the commissioned agency.

Acer has commissioned the following sales promotion agency (hereinafter referred to as the "agency") to carry out the Acer Essentials Rewards campaign:

All personal data received via the application form or in connection with participation in the Acer Essentials Rewards campaign will only be processed and used to process participation in the promotion. These will be deleted after the Acer Essentials Rewards campaign and all associated activities have been completed. By registering for the Acer Essentials Rewards campaign, the participants agree that the personal data collected as part of the Acer Essentials Rewards campaign will be forwarded to the servers of Benamic and stored there.

4.3 The agency is authorized to process, save and save all data transmitted in the course of this bonus campaign in accordance with the applicable data protection law. All data collected in the course of this promotion will be used by Acer and the agency exclusively for the purpose of this promotion. The data will be treated confidentially and will not be passed on to third parties, rented or sold. Your personal data and bank information will be deleted 6 months after the end of the campaign.



5.1 No liability is assumed for lost, delayed or claims not received on the reporting date.

5.2 Claims will be rejected if they are incomplete or undecipherable. It is the responsibility of the participant to ensure that sufficient information is provided to process the claims.

5.3 Acer reserves the right to reject requests that are incorrect or inaccurate. Damaged, illegible or incomplete requirements and documents are not valid.

5.4 Acer does not assume any costs incurred by the registered Synergy Partner in connection with the synergy bonus.

5.5 Acer is not responsible for late claims of any kind in relation to this campaign.

5.6 Acer is not liable for non-fulfilment of this offer, if force majeure prevents the fulfilment or if the faulty fulfilment of the offer is no longer possible through no fault of one of the parties.

5.7 Acer reserves the right to end the promotion at any time and/or to change the participation agreements.



6.1 This participation agreement is subject to the laws of the country in which you registered as a Silver Partner and is the responsibility of the respective court of the country.



7.1 By submitting the bonus request, the participant agrees to these conditions and further declares to have read the data protection declaration and to have provided correct and complete information.
